Our colleague Neža Poglajen published in World Trademark Review (WTR) an article concerning the EUIPO Cancellation Division’s decision in Samsung v Tissot (Case C 55 201, 5 December 2024).

The Cancellation Division found that, while the evidence sufficiently demonstrated use for watches, it was insufficient for other goods in Class 14. Consequently, EUIPO has partially revoked Tissot’s EU trademark TISSOT.
