ITEM’s contribution to the Manual Industrial Property (MIP)

ITEM’s patent attorney Tatjana Jeršan and ITEM’s managing partner Gregor Maček have contributed information on Slovenian jurisdiction to the Manual Industrial Property (MIP), published online by Wolters Kluwer Law & Business. The MIP contains practical information for the handling of applications for patents, designs and trademarks throughout the world. ITEM has been a contributor to the Slovenian part of the MIP for several years now.
