ITEM ranked first in WTR 1000 – The world’s leading trademark professionals for 2015

We are pleased to announce that our firm was ranked first in WTR 1000 as the world’s leading trademark firm covering Slovenia. According to WTR, our firm has the longest IP tradition among Slovenian firms and puts the greatest number of experts at clients’ disposal. They pointed out that “ITEM employs only the best people – they know the law, never over-complicate matters and are equally strong on prosecution and litigation” and highlighted that ITEM “leads the pack in the domestic and regional fight against fakes”. Two of our professionals are explicitly mentioned as recommended individuals in the trademark field. According to WTR, our managing partner Gregor Macek is widely tipped as the best IP professional in Slovenia. For the first time also our lawyer and trademark attorney Jasna Habic was ranked as a recommended Individual in the IP field.
