Gregor Maček has been appointed as a Deputy of the President of Council for disputes related to inventions of employees

Gregor Maček, Managing Partner of ITEM d.o.o., has been appointed as a Deputy of the President of Conciliation Council for resolving disputes between employers and employees in relation to inventions invented during the employment. The Council operates within the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office and strives to achieve settlements in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure. Only if the Council is not successful in mediation, the parties to the dispute may initiate the procedure before the court.
