Design
One design application may contain unlimited number of designs, provided
they are in the same class of Locarno classification.
Requirements for filing an industrial design application in Slovenia

Exact and complete (company) name and address of the applicant.

Name and address of the author (optional). |
| 3. |
Appearance of the industrial design: maximum of 6 different views
is allowed per a design; 4 copies of photographs or drawings (black-and-white
or color) for each view of the design. The industrial design should
be clearly presented; it should not be a technical drawing with dimensions,
measures or explanations and/or legend. Size: not larger than 16 x
16 cm. |

Short and actual name of the product to which the industrial design
is applied. |
| 5. |
Class of the product according to Locarno classification. |
| 6. |
Priority date, country and application number, if priority is claimed.
Priority Certificate is not required. |
| 7. |
Power of Attorney, signed by the applicant; notarization or legalization
not required. |
Please note: Requirements 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 have to be fulfilled
at the time of filing an application. The Power of Attorney may be filed
subsequently, within three months from the application date.
