Assigment of rights
To record an assignment of rights (patent, trademark or design) into the
corresponding register, the following should be submitted to the Slovenian
Intellectual Property Office (SIPO):

an original copy of the assignment deed or a notarized duplicate,
and |
|
Power
of Attorney duly signed by the assignee; notarization or legalization
are not required. |
As one of the possible assignment deeds, also a bilingual Assignment
Declaration (which is available on our site) is accepted by the SIPO.
Mentioned Assignment Declaration
should be duly signed by the assignor and by the assignee; notarization
or legalization are not required.
